About the content:
We are committed to ensuring we invite only the brightest minds we know who will challenge the status quo for the purpose of improving approaches and outcomes of Behavior Change. This day will be packed solid with comments, insights and perspectives that work hard to educate and elevate us all, even if that means having a few uncomfortable conversations along the way.
We’re organizing two panels, each comprising of up to 5 of your peers.
The morning panel will explore meaningful metrics, metrics that mislead, and the best practices for measuring behavior.
The afternoon panel will look at Performance today and how that informs tomorrow focusing especially on what happens when performance is not accountable to the business (and how we are led to believe that it is) and the effect of that 12 months and 3 years down the line.
